Sugo al Gorgonzola

We serve all pasta dishes with your favorite kind of pasta. Choose from one of the following kinds.


Pesto

Pesto

All pesto sauces are served seperately from the pasta for individual preparation. Good olive oil is provided for individual creation of a perfect sauce.

Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is made available with the dish.

Our pesto is served with either spaghetti or penne rigate or any other kind of pasta.

 

Pesto Classico

Pesto sauce from fresh basil, Pecorino and Parmigiano cheese, pine nuts, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Pesto Genovese

Like Pesto Classico, but additionally with garlic.

Pesto Rosso ai Pomodori Secchi

Pesto made from sun-dried tomatoes sauted in garlic and olive oil.

Pesto alla Panna

Prepared with less olive oil but with warm sour cream and garlic.

Sugo al Gorgonzola

Gorgonzola sauce is a heavy sauce with a lot of fine cream and mild Gorgonzola.

Gnocchi or any other kind of pasta are served with gorgonzola sauce.

 

Sugo al Gorgonzola Originale

The original, plain sauce with a slight touch of dill.

Blancmange from eggs, cream and vanilla under a layer of gas-burnt caramelised sugar.

Crema Catalana

Flavoured with orange and lemon zests plus a touch of cinnamon instead of vanilla.

Flan aux Pruneaux

Flan aux Pruneaux

Light cake with prunes and cinnamon sabayon. Served with whipped cream.

Chocolate Cake

Chocolate and nut cake with almond sabayon and caramelised Grand Marnier pears.
